Seated Figure

A classical graphite figure study of a seated man on a simple block, one leg drawn up with arms resting across the knee, rendered in clean, anatomical linework with light gestural shading. The pose is quiet and unremarkable by design no narrative, no expression beyond concentration which is exactly the point of a life study: attention paid entirely to proportion, weight, and the way a body settles into stillness. It reads as practice made presentable, structure and observation doing all the work.
